I don’t ever leave reviews and I took the time to reset an old email associated with my Google account so I could leave this review. I used Shawn when he was first starting this business. He was very responsive and came to my house to work on my boat. His contact information fell behind in my contacts as I started using other mechanics (mistake number one). After being drug through the mud by another marine service, I called Shawn on Wednesday July 3. I was not expecting to hear from him until Monday July 8. Shawn called me back that day and apologized because he could not get to my boat until July 5. Jersey shore boaters know that this kind of service is unheard of. July 5 at 10 am Shawn’s mechanic, Joe, was on my dock diagnosing my boat. Joe is young but very knowledgeable and ver professional. Now granted it took time for parts, but he had my boat running flawlessly with in a week. Shawn maintained constant communication with me though out the process. If you want this kind of stand up, up front service call Shawn.
